Hi, I'm Kevin

But that doesn't really matter, because I'm not the hero of these stories.

Even at a young age, I remember finding it odd that we don't get any agency into what is said after we're gone.  Sure, friends and loved ones will gather and tell tales at our funeral, but they rarely share the true perspective or depth of the person whose life is being celebrated.

Which, ironically enough, is when our voice will be needed the most.

A wise man once told me that he was, "just a droplet of water making its way back towards the ocean", and I always really liked that analogy.

So just consider me a droplet.

Inconsequential on my own, but if enough of us droplets work together then we can shape the world around us while we flow towards the sea.

MY QUEST

To preserve a precious piece of our most cherished souls.

To act as both a guardian and deliveryman for the most important messages that many families will ever receive.

I would be honored to serve you both in this life and the next.

LEGEND OF THE FORGET-ME-NOT FLOWER

Long ago, a brave knight and his beloved maiden wandered beside a rushing river;

Along the water's edge bloomed a delicate blue flower unlike any they had ever seen.

Wanting to bring it to her, the knight climbed down the steep bank.

As he reached for the flower, the earth beneath him gave way,

and he was swept into the river's powerful current.

Before disappearing from sight, he held the flower high and called out,

"Forget me not!"

Though he was lost to the river, his love endured.

The maiden treasured the little blue flower for the rest of her life,

and it came to symbolize enduring love, remembrance, and the promise that those we cherish are never truly forgotten.

Today, the Forget-Me-Not remains a timeless reminder that while life may fade, love and memory never do.
